Not necessarily. We often work alongside existing IT staff to augment capability, fill strategic gaps, or take on projects that internal teams don't have bandwidth for. If you're starting from zero, we can serve as your entire IT function.

For most engagements, we can begin within one to two weeks of signing an agreement. Urgent situations, like an active security incident, we treat as priority and can often mobilize within 24 to 48 hours.

Yes. We're based in Michigan and primarily serve organizations in the Metro Detroit area and across the state. While much of our work can be done remotely, we're always available for on-site visits when needed.

We offer both monthly retainer and project-based pricing. Retainers give you predictable, all-inclusive IT support at a fixed monthly cost. We always provide a clear proposal before work begins, no surprises.

Most retainer clients start with a 3-month initial agreement, enough time to demonstrate real value, with month-to-month options after that. We're not interested in locking you in. We earn your continued business.

We're transparent about this. In some cases we can procure hardware and software at preferred pricing and pass savings to you. We never recommend products based on what earns us the most.

We're platform-agnostic with deep experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, AWS, VMware, Cisco, and a wide range of industry-specific applications.

Yes. We have experience with HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, CMMC, and other frameworks. We build compliance into your environment so it becomes natural, not an annual scramble.

For retainer clients, we function as your first responder with incident response protocols in place. For new clients after an incident, we conduct rapid triage and containment before remediation.
